By using teacherplanner.store or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

1. WHAT YOU ARE BUYING
The All-In-One Digital Teacher Planner is a digital product: a set of PDF files, plus bonus digital covers and stickers. Nothing physical is shipped. You will need a PDF reader app (we recommend Xodo, which is free) to use the planner on iOS, Android, or Microsoft devices.

2. PRICE AND SUBSCRIPTION
Your first 3 days are free ($0.00). After the 3-day free trial you are automatically charged $39.90 every month until you cancel. Charges recur monthly on the same date, using the payment method you gave at checkout. Your subscription includes free lifetime updates for as long as it is active.

3. CANCELLING
You can cancel at any time — including during the free trial — using the cancellation button in your confirmation email, or by emailing support@teacherplanner.store. Cancelling stops all future charges. If we change the price, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel before the new price applies.

4. DELIVERY
Access is delivered by email immediately after checkout. If your link does not arrive, check your spam folder and then email support@teacherplanner.store — we will resend it.

5. LICENCE AND USE
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the files in your own classroom and personal work. You may print them for your own use. You may not resell, share, redistribute, republish, or upload the files anywhere, and you may not claim them as your own work. All content remains our property.

6. YOUR ACCOUNT
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us and for keeping your access details private.

7. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
The planner is an organisational tool. We do not promise any particular outcome from using it.

8. LIABILITY
The product is provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. CHANGES
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies.

10. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of business, without affecting any consumer rights you have where you live.
